If a coworker sends you these pictures, does it mean she wants to fuck or is just fucking with you?

That looks like an invitation to me.
Of course I would also worry that they were sent to the wrong address. I would also be concerned that it could be part of some kind of setup – where someone is trying to find a violation of company email policy – or some kind of sexual harassment. So tread carefully – but it may be some good times waiting to happen.
